For the month of September, Overseer Prophet Powell, Sr., has been teaching Heaven to Earth Worship Center about “Better Than, Biblical Generational Wealth, and Our Enemies Won’t Recover.”
What Christ is about to do is going to be better than! Better than - means more excellent. Better than things begin to happen in our lives when we have been promoted. We know when a promotion is happening because circumstances and situations begin to occur. We cannot think or say that our past was better. If we do this, this is putting the Lord behind us and He should be before us, our futures will always be greater than our past!
God cannot make a covenant with us until He shows the promise to us. Read Genesis 12:1, 5-9 and Genesis 15:14-21. Through the lineage of David we received the promise, Jesus Christ. Biblically generational wealth, if we do not come from a rich, prosperous, or believing family then it should come from us. We all should strive and want generational wealth. This is biblical. God makes a covenant, an oath, and then confirms it; when it comes to what He has promised us. “Remember His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations, The covenant which He made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac, And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant, Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan As the allotment of your inheritance,”” (I Chronicles 16:15-18 NKJV)
Lastly, Prophet Powell, Sr. had a message about our enemies and how they will never recover, because the Lord has defeated them. We will collect the spoils of our enemies because they cannot recover, read 2 Chronicles 14:1-15. During the reign of Asa, the land was quiet and the kingdom was quiet. It took wealth and riches to destroy their enemies. The Lord had also given Asa rest. Whenever one starts building they are prospering there also. It takes wealth and finances to build. We can’t leave the Lord out when it comes to wealth, riches, and prosperity.
God allows our money to fight for us naturally and financially. When we do so it’s easier for us to fight spiritually. Money defends us and wisdom defends us. Wisdom is what draws money. Money doesn’t draw wisdom. Read Ecclesiastes 7:11-12 NKJV.
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” (2 Corinthians 1:20 NKJV)
