Overseer Prophet Daniel Powell Sr.
During March, Foundation Teaching by Overseer Prophet Daniel Powell, Sr., was about unforgiveness. The spirit of unforgiveness is a family sin and can stop God’s people from receiving His blessings. Parents commit unforgiveness against children, children against parents, siblings, and spouses. The spirit of unforgiveness is a closed-off spirit, which hinders answered prayers, grace, prosperity, joy, and peace.
Unforgiveness also creates an emotional storm, distress, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear, resentment, bitterness, and hatred toward the offender. We allow the enemy to take us through all of this because we do not want to forgive others. Christ forgave everyone and has even forgiven us and our sins. In (Matthew 18:21-22 NKJV) Peter asked the Lord about forgiveness, “then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.”
Yes! That is correct Jesus told Peter we are to forgive seventy times seven. It is not the truth nor is it correct for us not to forgive others 🚫. We must forgive and release a limitless number of times because nothing can grow on a hardened heart (ground) ✅. Unforgiveness must be pulled up by its roots because it has more than one root and bears these five fruits: torture of anger, resentment, bitterness, offense, and poison.
Steps to forgiveness are 1) to acknowledge the hurt, 2) consider how the hurt has affected you, 3) accept that you cannot change the past, 4) determine whether or not you will forgive, 5) repair the relationship, and 6) learn from your experience of not forgiving, 7) just forgive.💜

Moving steadily and forwardly under the leadership of Overseer Prophet Daniel Powell Sr. and his wife Prophetess Esther Powell. Our church has done so much for Tampa, Florida. From our Annual Huge Back to School Giveaway Events, Feeding Tampa Bay Food Giveaways, Holiday Giveaways, and Vacation Bible School. We have a Food Pantry open for the community. We have a Women’s Outreach Ministry, Youth Ministry, HEWC Feed The Hungry Ministry, Hospitality Ministry and more. HEWC has had two recent marriages within the last year. The Lord has ordained 12 licensed ministers in our ministry. And in just three years, the Lord has blessed over 10 members (and counting) with brand new vehicles. We receive countless emails and text messages of testimonies of prophecies coming to past. Our Overseers and Coverings are blessed to be under the Head Apostle Kathy Kinchen. This Ministry has prospered in so many ways, and we have much more in store!
