There’s nothing hard about getting in God’s will. But we have to give up our will; that is the hard part. If it were so hard, Jesus would not have done it. We can’t be like Christ and do what we want to do.
Finding Grace in the Eyes of God (Care & Protection)
To be like Him, we have to give up our will. The enemy will try to make it seem hard, but give your will up to the Lord. He will not take yours from you. Jesus Christ gave his will up to His Father.
Many do not want to give their life up. And giving up our lives to Christ is more than just asking Him to save us and writing our names in the Lamb book of life. The church blames everybody for their life but themselves. If we just give up our life, He said he’ll give us life and life more abundantly. Things are supposed to happen in our lives after we receive God’s grace. There’s nothing greater than the grace of God, not the anointing, and not even the power. Power comes through grace.
The Bible says the only way to the Father is through the Son, and that is grace.
Let’s talk about the eyes of the Lord. It is His care and His protection. Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
When Noah found God’s grace, He did two things:
He cared for Noah and his family
He protected Noah and his family
In reference to Ephesians 2:6-7, He raised us up together and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Anytime you want to see a move of God, that’s when you see everyone on one accord. We as the body must come together. Not come together to talk and laugh, but come together and build up the kingdom of God. The devil does not want that. But everybody is busy saying, “Why do I have to do this?” “Why do I have to do that?”
Everybody wants to have faith but not operate in grace. The grace of God is the source of our salvation. Faith is the channel. You have to understand the source of your salvation, and salvation is more than just lip service. How can we have such great faith but not such great grace? Nothing can happen to us in the grace of God, for we are in the eyes of the Lord. We are the apple of His eye.
The Bible says in the grace of God. He raised us up together. It’s God’s grace that brings the increase. Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God— not of works, lest anyone should boast.”
When we talk about grace, something is about to happen that has never been done before. When God’s about to do something that has never been done in your life, that is grace. In 2021, Prophet Powell, Sr. believes God’s about to do something that has never been done before in your life!
