Yokes pull us out of the timing of God and out of God's grace, so we need the anointing to destroy the yoke, but there are three things needed in order to receive the anointing.
Obedience is defined as compliance with an order, request, law, or submission to another's authority.
Someone cannot teach you obedience. It has to be learned.
Three things we need to receive the anointing to destroy cycles:
1. Obedience is compliance with an order, request, law, or submission to another's authority
2. Justification is God's declaration that a sinner is righteous through the work of Jesus Christ.
3. Sanctification is God's transformation of a believer's whole being their mind, the will, behavior, and soul through the work of the Holy Spirit.
You will never operate in an anointing that will destroy cycles when you do not operate in justification and sanctification.
In Romans 1:4, Paul stated he was a bond servant of Christ, meaning he was a slave, but he volunteered out of his love for God. Paul was never forced into being a slave. When we're not being forced to do something and volunteer to do it, it makes things much easier.
God will never force you into slavery, but man will. A lot of believers feel like they have to be told to do something. God does not control us or make us do anything. He gives us free will, but our free will is what gets us into a lot of trouble. It comes against our obedience, justification, and sanctification. Some of us are the same people we were in 2002, 2010, and so on.
Also, for us to be obedient, we must be separate to the gospel of God just as Paul said he was separated to the gospel. When we separate from the gospel, we can't become obedient. The anointing can only operate to destroy cycles when we separate to the gospel.
We can never talk about the Father without talking about His Son Jesus Christ. Also, we can never speak about both the Father and Son without talking about their Spirit. In the natural, when we talk about someone's father, we usually talk about their son and vice versa and speak about their spirit.
Furthermore, Jesus Christ was the greatest sacrifice, but if it were not for His obedience, He would not have become the greatest sacrifice. It takes obedience to become a living sacrifice. Romans 12:1-2 says we have to present our own body (mind, body, and behavior) as a living sacrifice.
It was not Jesus's sacrifice that caused him to be obedient; it was his obedience that caused Him to be a sacrifice. A lot of people came against Jesus. He wanted to give up so many times, but this is why He prayed. He prayed, so He could continue to fulfill His Father's will, and it wasn't His sacrifice that kept Him going, but it was his obedience.
Sometimes we get obedience and sacrifice twisted. We think our sacrifices are going to get us into Heaven, but it's our obedience. Things won't always go right in life, we will lose something, lose our jobs, and may even get evicted, but it can not change our obedience.
Holiness doesn't come from sacrifice. It comes through obedience. People know us by our cycles that we go through, but hey should know us by our anointing. It's time for people to know us by our anointing!
Don't be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. When we conform to this world, that's when cycles come. This is why we need obedience, justification, and sanctification.
Never put a man up before the Lord, because if you do what a man says and not what our Lord says to do, then that is perverted (twisted/wrong).
Where there's no justification, sanctification, and obedience, then there is no anointing.
For example, if you got a car during tax season time and lost it before the next tax season time, or always moving to a different place because of evictions, these are called cycles, and they are being broken but never destroyed.
Romans 5:18-19, through one man's (Adam) offense, came judgment to all men, but also through one Man's righteous act, the free gift came to all men resulting in justification of life. When we are not walking in justification, we are walking in condemnation. By one man's (Adam) disobedience, he made sinners.
We must be careful not to make sinners by our disobedience. When we go through cycles in life, it makes sinners not want to be saved because they know the word, but they have yet to see us change.
Our suffering comes so that we can learn obedience. We can't always look at it as an attack of the enemy or a curse. When we learn from our loss and are disobedient ways, then the anointing can come upon on.
We are not going into 2021 with the same cycles. It is time to learn obedience from our suffering.
Isaiah 10:27 "It shall come to pass in that day
That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil."
The anointing is oil.
God knew us before we knew who we were; that's called the anointing. We have to learn how to operate in our calling the correct way because if we do not, it can cause other people to become sinners.
Obedience will kill out our flesh, not sacrifice.
This is why we have to submit and give up our will and way and say yes to His. It won't hurt us. It will make us!
