A good example is having the whole character of Christ, in word and deed, it's not what we say or do, but it's what we believe that makes us a good example. Are you a good example to God's kingdom and will? A representative of Christ as an example imitating Christ, being a symbol of truth.
Lives cannot be changed if we aren't a good example. A divine example is a person who shows what is being claimed is true. This is done by what a person believes. Jesus Christ is a good example even when it comes to Him dealing with His enemies and betrayer.
A good example knows who the people of God are and how they must be dealt with and cared for. For example, Jesus told Peter that he would deny Him three times, but He knew the church had to be built on Him. Some people need to be shown love and have attention, while others don't as much. Those who need more attention have been wounded.
Others are stronger in areas where they may be weak, and we have to discern who needs more attention. We have to love God's people no matter what they have done because Christ never rejected us for what we did against Him and His ways.
"The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away" (1 Peter 5:1-4 NKJV). We cannot be lords over those entrusted to us, but we must be an example to the flock. We never know who God has entrusted to us and to be over them as an example because they could be some of the most powerful men and women of God.

The Lord has ordained 12 licensed ministers in our ministry. And in just three years, the Lord has blessed over 10 members (and counting) with brand new vehicles. We receive countless emails and text messages of testimonies of prophecies coming to past. Our Overseers and Coverings are blessed to be under the Head Apostle Kathy Kinchen. This Ministry has prospered in so many ways, and we have much more in store!
