Heaven to Earth Worship Center was founded in 2016, that same year Overseer Prophet Daniel Powell Sr. and his wife Prophetess Esther Powell chose to obey the Lord and moved from Valdosta, GA to Tampa, FL. The church started with only a handful of members, having services in a small building located off MLK in Tampa. By 2017, the Lord had blessed and moved us to our own building inside of a plaza. As we continued to grow from a handful to over 50+ members. Heaven to Earth Worship Center outgrew that location and by 2018 the Lord moved us yet again to our very own building and parking lot. As you can see, the Lord kept blessing as our leaders stayed faithful to the vision and mission. As we expanded, so many miraculous doors and opportunities opened up for HTEWC. We were able to partner with Feeding Tampa Bay to be a food bank every month and give out fresh, frozen and perishable groceries to hundreds of families. We were also able to host our annual Back to School Giveaways that one year made it to the front page of the paper. Thankful to our amazing partners and sponsors: Winn-Dixie, Walmart, Fifth & Third Bank, TD Bank, Faith & Works Ministries and Open Heaven Academy (just to name a few). But there’s more, God said Bigger! In 2024, the Lord blessed and moved Heaven to Earth Worship Center to Lakeland, Fl. Where we now have not one but two buildings and sanctuaries. A whole fully functioning kitchen, dining area offices, nursery rooms and more. Heaven to Earth Worship Center has kept the same mission while embracing new territory to spread the love, the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This ministry is submitted under the leadership of their International covering, K.K. Ministries, and Overseer Apostle Kathy Kinchen. God directed Prophet Daniel Powell Sr. to the Bay Area eight years ago and the Lakeland area one year ago. Heaven to Earth Worship Center is impacting lives through numerous ministries such as: Feeding Outreach Ministry, Women Excel Outreach Ministry, Witnessing Team, Nursing Home Ministry, Open Heaven Academy, and various outreaches in the Philippines and South Africa. Teaching that faith without works is dead, this word has resulted in several published authors and businesses within the congregation! Many have given their lives to Christ by the moving of the Holy Spirit. Many have also been physically and emotionally healed, moved out of subsidized housing, and are married.
